Clubs & Events

The PTO sponsors many events and after-school clubs for students throughout the year. Following is a list of events and clubs. Please see the Cultural Arts Page for a full list of upcoming special programming and events.

After-School Clubs, 2017-2018

  • Young Rembrandts Drawing Class
    Thursdays September 22nd through October 27th, 3:20 to 4:20 p.m.
    Experience the colorful magic of fall in the Young Rembrandts classroom. Kick off the season with a graphic iguana, a video game favorite Pixel Block Character and the geometrical world of architecture as we draw the Notre Dame Cathedral.

  • Yoga Club
    Mondays, October 2nd through November 6th, 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
    Kids yoga is a fun way for students to learn how to relax and calm their bodies. Kids learn to quiet the mind through movement and breath in a fun and playful way that includes games, songs, and stories. This club is open to K through 4th grade students.   • LingoKids Club
    Mondays, September 25th through December 11th, 7:45 to 8:30 a.m.
    Our award-winning program is based on hands-on and playful learning through games, stories, songs and crafts – we want your children to have fun while learning a language early!
    Classes are filled on a first come, first serve basis. Register now for Spanish, French, or German on Mondays from 7:45 to 8:30 a.m.
    Session I: 09/26 – 12/12 (10 weeks)

  • bricks4kidz1Bricks 4 Kidz
    Wednesdays, September 27th through November 1st, 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
    So you want to be an engineer or architect? Well what are you waiting for? This is your chance! Join us as we put our engineering skills to the test to build bridges, buildings, vehicles and more. We’ll learn about different types of careers for you to explore. Do you like to design cities? You might become an urban architect one day! Do you want to build bridges? Then civil engineering might be the job for you! Want to design the next cool electric car? Then you may be destined to become an automotive or mechanical engineer! Come experience engineering adventures with us! View flyer.
